OK. Rewind yesterday with Hangover head. I went to Manti restaurant called Gusef Manti Evi in Uskudar. There were 5 different types of Mantis. I ate 3 of them. Down is Psihalive, Cerkez Potato Manti, Up is Haluj, Cerkez cheese Manti. Thank you very much Gulsen Yenice for good infos. It was so authentic & tasty. #searchingforperfectmanti

I met Alişan Cengiz who is the publisher of “One Piece” & “Titans on Attack” in Turkey in Taksim area. He took me “The worst bar” in Turkey. They start to kill me with shots in such an early afternoon. 
Then we went to Alisan’s favorite restaurant, Haci Abdillah to taste his favorite dessert. Quince comport.

And, he took me to a hidden Meyhane Müşterek. The menu illustration was so cute. But, the touch of the illustration reminds me an old Japanese Manga “Kyofu Shinbun, Newspaper of Fear”. 
Alisan knows very well about my taste. So, we ate Lamb’s hearts, thymus & testicles at Müşterek. He often visits Japan, so the next time let’s go to Bear Kebab place in Nikko! This is the Testicles, I mean Golden Ball!
