This is a mind-blowing dish! Topic, Armenian food. It’s so strange a bit sweety & salty flavor. It looks like Japanese Manju. Outside dough is Mushed Hummus & Potato, inside caramelized Onion with pine nuts, Grape molasse, Cinnamon, Allspice & Tahini! The taste reminds me Nama-Yatsuhashi, Traditional sweet from Kyoto.
