Pirinc, Kirmizi Mercimek Corbasi, Rice & Red Lentil Soup

Tonight I have so much leftover from the last night in the fridge. So, I added only one dish. Pirinc, Kirmizi Mercimek Corbasi, Rice & Red Lentil Soup. I learned it from Mrs. Yusla Ohba, A Turkish lady who lives in Chiba 2 weeks ago. She said, it was her family cooking from Gaziantep suburb village. Rice & lentil make a distinct broth, and, Lemon juice,  Heat Olive oil with Dried Spearmint & Pul Biber give a complex flavor. I really like it, but I made it too much as usual….. And, I used my Zero Katsuryoku Nabe, that is super hyper Pressure Cooker made by Japanese Special Factory. When the whistle starts to ring, you can stop the fire! ZERO minutes pressure cooking!
