Yaprak Sarmasi, Rice Rolled in Brined Grave Leaves

Tonight I made Yaprak Sarmasi, Turkish Rice Rolled in Brined Grave Leaves. Filling are onion, rice, raisin, dill, parsley & pine nuts. Flavored with Salt, Black pepper, All Spice, Cinamon. I used 0 minute Pressure cooker instead of 40 minutes boiling. White thing is Plain Yoghurt. I should have added a pinch of sugar, because this is a Vegetarian food and no broth, the flavor was not enough.
