Some Vegan Middle Eastern dinner last night

I made some Vegan Middle Eastern dinner last night. It was so chilly the very end of March and this winter!

  1. Cherry Tomates, Rocket & Walnuts Salad with Pomegranate Molasses Dressing. Southern Turkey style.
  2. Boiled Carrot Moroccan Salad. Yellow & Violet Carrots boiled and marinated in Coriander & Parsley leaves, Garlic, Cinnamon, Cumin powder, Brined Lemon & Olive Oil.
  3. Broccolo Romanesco simmered with Rice, Garlic & Tomato Paste. This is a Turkish Home made cooking for those who has digestible trouble.
