Bamboo shoots and Ostrich fern’s shoots Curry

I made an Indian Curry with typical Japanese Vegetables from Mountains. Bamboo shoots and Ostrich fern’s shoots. Only in this season. Bamboo shoots from Mt. Fuji area, and Ostrich fern’s shoots from Tochigi, Nikko.

I re-made Bamboo shoots and Ostrich fern’s shoots Curry with Ho-To, Fettuccine type of Noodle from Yamanashi. It tastes like the Mohinga, Burmese Noodle with Curry Soup.
