Tonight I made Yoğurtlu Ispanak Salatası. Turkish Yoghurt Spinach Salad. Actually, I ate this in the last night in an Uzbek restaurant. So, I wanted to make it imitate. Boiled Spinach in the Salted water, then washed in cold water, and squeeze it. And cut into small pieces, mix with Yoghurt, Garlic & Salt. The taste was nice, but I should have drained Yoghurt. Next time it would be better!
今夜は茹でたほうれん草とヨーグルトのサラダ。昨夜、ウズベク料理店で食べたばかりだったので、早速自宅で再現したのだ。
塩茹でして、冷水で冷まし、水を切り、すり下ろしたにんにくと塩で味付けたヨーグルトと和える。ヨーグルトも水切りしてから使うべきだった。次回はもっと上手く作ります。
